Welcome to the AlphaPets Business Intelligence Platform (“MeowZone BI”).

This platform is a private business intelligence system developed by AlphaPets to securely connect with QuickBooks Online and provide financial reporting, analytics, inventory insights, and operational dashboards.

1. Purpose

The platform is intended for authorized users of AlphaPets, MeowZone, and affiliated businesses.

2. Authorized Access

Only users explicitly authorized by AlphaPets may access this system.

3. Data Usage

The application accesses QuickBooks Online only after explicit authorization through Intuit OAuth 2.0.

The application only retrieves data required for reporting and business analytics.

4. Security

All authentication tokens are encrypted and securely stored.

No QuickBooks credentials are stored.

5. Ownership

All data displayed within the application remains the property of the connected QuickBooks company.

6. Availability

We may update, suspend, or modify the application at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
